We are big believers in good customer service, and we really do want to hear from you. Our customer service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern), Monday through Friday. We do our darndest to provide a secure and positive online store shopping experience. We use Network Solutions for our e-commerce and they pretty much wrote the book on security (they own Verisign, which is the largest issuer of SSL secure certificates in the world). We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your billing address must match the address for your credit card account.

We're based in Virginia, so Virginia residents must pay sales tax.
